Well done on getting everything onto the blog. I liked the thoroughness of your research, though it is not 100% clear how it has impacted your productions. That said, the productions are quite good, in particular I like what you've done to the masthead. However, you need to give a little more thought to the use of fonts as they are not particularly consistent across the two magazines (though the masthead does somewhat make up for that). When you do the real thing in a few months try to think about making the genre more obvious from a first glance.
